Right click - add new group
Use sliders to adjust group settings
Left/right - cycle through groups(currently selected one is shown in top-left corner)
M - toggle menu
T - toggle tracing mode

I can't adjust group settings without adding new groups (since I have to click to drag a slider)!
That's what I get for changing controls at the last minute. Thanks for letting me know :)
